At da Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, including the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup using the shipping label provided in the first step.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
